Christophe Uwizeyimana is a Science and environmental Journalist at Radio Salus in Rwanda. He graduated from University of Rwanda in School of Business and Economics in 2017.He works as a reporter and editor. He is engaged in Science, Agriculture, environment and climate change reporting since 2016.
In 2018, He completed a program of Radio and Audio Production Skills hosted by FOJO Media Institute in Partnership with University of Rwanda. From 2022, He is a Fellow of OFAB-Rwanda Journalists, reporting on Agriculture Biotechnology.
In 2023, He became a Health Fellow-Excellence in Journalism organized by AGA Khan University from Kenya. Also He is a member of Info Nile journalists and scientists’ coalition and Rwanda Environmental Journalists’ organization.
In 2023, He was awarded as Overall winner in Science Reporting; Rwanda 2023 in 2nd OFAB Media awards Edition 2023.
He is Rwandan Health reporting Winner 2023.
He was First runner up in OFAB AFRICA MEDIA AWARDS 2023-Science reporting/Radio Category.
In 2022, He was awarded as the best Environmental journalist in southern Rwanda.
