Kimbowa Richard is 53 years and works as Programme Manager for Uganda Coalition for Sustainable Development a local Ugandan NGO network. He has more than 20 years’ experience working with Civil Society Organizations in Uganda, Kenya and Tanzania on sustainable development issues (communities’ involvement in EAC regional transboundary water resources management, WASH and climate change action, sustainable energy) through action research and policy advocacy work

He holds a B.Sc. Forestry - Makerere University – Kampala, Uganda and M.sc Dev Mgmt (Open University – UK). He enjoys nature walks and reading
